Heron Bay Stables is a stunning venue located in Delta/Ladner where we hosted our wedding on September 9, 2023. The entire experience, from beginning to end, went beyond expectations and we can not thank the Heron Bay team enough, including owners Audrey and Kevin, and the talented coordinator Cliff Yeo! Working with Cliff made the process of booking vendors, planning logistics, and creating a schedule easy and enjoyable. The expertise, assistance and guidance from Cliff and the entire team went above and beyond expectations and truly helped us create the most magical day- our biggest praises! We opted to utilize some of the recommended vendors, such as Sheila's Catering and Dj Cuz-o (as well as Cascade tent rentals and Confetti party rentals), and we were so pleased with how professional, attentive and flexible they were. Sheila Catering's staff were friendly and never missed a beat, and the food was delicious! DJ Cuz-o had us all dancing until the very end of the night, and read the room perfectly! We also partnered with Dynamic Weddings who provided us the most wonderful day of coordinator, Tami, who ensured our day went smoothly and we were able to enjoy ourselves! We would recommend Heron Bay Stables, and any of their vendors, to anyone looking for a venue and team that takes so much pride in creating unforgettable experiences!!

Heron Bay is a beautiful venue located in Ladner, we booked this venue for our wedding on July 15th, 2023. We received many compliments from our guests about the uniqueness of the venue, with many stating they have never been to a place quite like this before. The planning process was made easy by our site coordinator Cliff, who swiftly responded to any questions we may have had. Cliff and Heron Bay staff were flexible, paid attention to details, and perfectly executed all our wishes for the big day. They offer a list of vendors to choose from or you can customize your experience and bring in your own vendors if you want. Heron Bay's preferred vendors were excellent, we got so many compliments on the food from Sheila's catering and the music from DJ Cuz-o. Overall our experience with Heron Bay was fantastic and we can't recommend them enough. Thank you to Cliff and Heron Bay for helping us create the best wedding ever!

The team at Heron Bay in Delta/Ladner were so easy to work with. Cliff made planning this event such a breeze. You could either use their vendors or vendors of your own. This is one of the most unique places you can have a wedding reception. Our guests were taken away by the gorgeous sunset and horses. I opted for a clear tent and it was a great way to showcase the venue. If you are looking for an outdoor venue, this is the place to be. This is definitely not your typical hall reception.

Everyone at Heron Bay was so kind and helpful right from the beginning! Cliff always had all the answers to my questions and did an excellent job in making sure our day went as smooth as possible.
All the vendors that were booked through the venue were also top tier. The food was delicious. The dj played the best songs. All around a great time. Thanks again for all of your hard work!

My husband and I were married at Heron Bay Stables on July 9, 2022, and the experience was wonderful. The day of was incredible and went off without a hitch. The vendors recommended by the venue (Sheila's Catering and DJ Cuzo of Upcoast Entertainment) surpassed all expectations as they were incredibly anticipatory, responsive, and professional (guests continue to rave of how amazing the food was and how the DJ kept the dance floor bumping until the very end of the night). The venue itself is beautiful and was absolutely beyond anything we had envisioned. Beyond that, the owners Audrey and Kevin Harris, along with Heron Bay Stables' wedding coordinator and the unsung hero of our wedding day, Cliff Yeo, made the planning process easy and enjoyable. They were responsive, flexible, attune to details, easy going but always professional, and went out of their way to accommodate any and all requests we had. We cannot recommend Heron Bay Stables enough!
